　所在と性質

　ニガウリ（ゴーヤ）の果実には、ククルビタントリテルペノイドのグリコサイド（チャランチンなど、チャラントサイドcharantosideと総称される）の他に、5種類のククルビタントリテルペノイドが含まれている。ククルビタシンBはそのうちの一つ。
